Til tross for hennes partiskhet mot Shaun, fikk Dr. Reznick (Fiona Gubelmann) det helt rett da hun snakket om de to sidene av autismen hans. Hvordan det gjør ham til en fantastisk kirurg, men det kan også få ham til å miste fokus og virkelig skru opp, slik han gjorde i finalen.
Hun var 100 prosent rett der. På et eller annet nivå krever det noen som ikke er vennen hans for å gjenkjenne virkeligheten.
